Dino's Pizzeria – Family and Tradition Baked Right Into the Crust

In 1959, Salvatore Pittui, a native of Sardinia, came to Canada to find work. He dreamed of opening a pizzeria, and in 1970 his dream became reality – Dino’s Pizzeria was born.

In March 2005, Kirkland Lake native, Serge Génier, took over Dino’s Pizzeria and continued the family tradition by using only the freshest ingredients and recipes from scratch. He introduced a whole wheat crust, and created a pizza that conformed to the Healthier Menu Guidelines that schools currently follow.
